PRECONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Our preconstruction services can provide you with a formal approach for developing scope, cost, and schedule to execute capital projects. Our Preconstruction efforts ultimately help determine if the project is even viable or not.

ARCHITECTUAL MODELLING

We can provide architectural modelling to give you a physical representation of a structure. These models are built to study aspects of an architectural design or to communicate design ideas. Depending on the purpose, models can be made from a variety of materials, including blocks, paper, and wood, and at a variety of scales.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

As part of the building process, our construction managers work closely from the very beginning, with architects and engineers to go over plans and blueprints, making timetables for the project, determining material and labor costs, negotiating with and hiring subcontractors and workers, scheduling workers on site, and much more.
